I am a down to earth, easy going person. I love doing anything outdoors, even fishing on occasion, hanging out with friends, bicycling, going to movies, country line dancing and anything that catches my attention. I love the beach in the summer months, so you will catch me taking in the sun and walking along the shoreline. I am in training for a fall marathon and some other half marathons or shorter races right now so you can also catch me running through trails or at parks from time to time. I am currently in the process of getting to know God and my faith better. I grew up Lutheran, but currently attend a non-denominational church. I will be joining a team this summer for a mission trip to Tegucigalpa, Honduras for 2 weeks in June, so I believe this trip will certainly build on my spiritual life. Anything else you want to know, you'll have to ask me!
My Ideal Person:
I am looking for someone that shares most of the same interests as I do (differences are a good thing). I am a born country girl so I need someone that loves the outdoors and getting dirty, yet will dress up nice to impress. I used to fish when I was younger and am trying to get back into it so I need someone that will enjoy fishing with me. I love to travel to new places when I can, so this person must be up for the challenge. Someone who knows or at least would like to learn how to country line dance or any type of dance would be a plus. I also have a 3 year old black labrador retriever, so this person must like dogs.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I consider myself a seeker or investigator in Christ. I have been involved in religion my whole life, but only recently have I truly accepted God into my heart and have kept on learning as much as I could from the Word. I currently attend church every week and have gotten into a bible study group to further my faith.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in a small country town called Hemlock. I haven't traveled too many places yet, but I hope to travel alot more. I want to travel to Egypt, Greece, Australia and many other places in Europe. I will be joining a team for a mission trip to Tegucigalpa, Honduras this summer for 2 weeks in June.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I used to be involved in the church choir or playing handbells at my former church. At my most recent church, I am involved in the Care Ministry and will also be part of the Greeting Team.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
My spiritual goal is to become a Christ-centered individual and continue walking with God.
