I live in Salt Lake City, Utah. I attend church regularly. I believe in God and the Divinity of Jesus Christ. I believe in the Golden Rule and try to live by it. I don't like people who are phoney or who like to play games. I love laughing with friends, going to the movies or to the theatre, and of course, ice cream! I dislike CSI shows, and any show that deals with violence or murder as all you have to do is watch the news to get your fill of that evil crap. I adore my kids and support all their activities. I enjoy going out on a boat and fishing. Don't like camping much anymore because it isn't that comfortable...unless I'm in an RV of course. I am a tomboy from birth, and usually wear jeans, t-shirts and tennis shoes. I can wear a dress, but I don't particularly care for it. Just not me. I guess the biggie is I'm in love with being in love!
My Ideal Person:
I am looking to develop some close friendships. My ideal friend would be happy, sincere and honest. Should be able to discuss many things and be willing to look at things from various angles. Should enjoy laughter and life in general as life is too short to be angry and mopey all the time. I think in today's mobile society we need to be able to become "family" with our friends because so many of our families live far away from us. I adore people who are strong-willed but gentle.
