My relationship with God is the MOST important one in my life. I couldn't fathom life without Him. I relate it to Him being the "Lighthouse" and me being a ship at sea. If I just trust Him, He will always guide me safely.
I would like someone who shares that belief and whose life relfects it. I'm not a fanatic and so heaven bound that I'm no earthly good, but any partner would have to be on the same level as I.
I need someone who can be open and honest with me whether it is difficult or not. Some men think being vulnerable shows weakness. I think it shows strength and, besides, it's a turn-on! If a man can't open up and communicate his feeling, wants and desires, how am I to know how to support him in what he wants to achieve in life? Let's just keep taking the next right step.
I've been single many years so I don't have a lot of emotional baggage, my life isn't cluttered up with erroneous relationships and I would LIKE rather than NEED a man in my life. I don't look to "complete" anyone...that's God's job.
