I love the lord jesus christ with all my heart. I enjoy painting when there is time. I work part=time and enjoy my home, my children and my dogs on my free time. I have three grandsons, all teenagers now. I love to travel. I enjoy movies, computer, and having good conversation with good christian people. I've been told that I am an attractive lady. I'm not looking for romance right now, but if it happens, it happens! God's in control and I trust him completely.
My Ideal Person:
I'm interested in a man who has high christian morals (low morals are equal to no morals as far as I'm concerned). A man who loves dogs; loves to take road trips; is self sufficient; and most of all, is a one-woman man. Someone who has a kind, warm, and sincere personality.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I believe in every word of the Bible because Jesus Christ is the word. Though I don't read as much as I should, I still treasure scriptures in my heart. God is my reason for being and I see Him in every cloud, tree, grass, and flower in His great artistic creation. I marvel in the glory of His power. I lean on Him daily in prayer to protect my home, my family, and my pets while I'm away. Those who do not have this assurance and safety net, I wonder how they can make it through and still maintain their sanity.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotton Son, that we would have eternal life.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
Because God said "It is not good for man (or woman) to be alone". The Bible lays out the perfect plan for a marriage to work with Him at the head and the man working together with the woman as one flesh. God created marriage when He created Adam and Eve. God does not make mistakes, only mankind's blundering does. So if we follow what the scriptures say about marriage, there should be no real problems, none that we couldn't solve through His mighty power.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up on a small farm. Raised a cow, some pigs, chickens, and lots of dogs. I've been to Wisconsin, South Carolina, Texas, Illinois, Missouri, Tennessee and Indiana. I liked the visit to My Old Kentucky Home in Bardstown, Ky, and Sea World in San Antonio, Texas.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I love to sing gospel music at church. I sometimes sing along in my car on the way to work, when listening to my favorite gospel radio station. My family grew up as singers. My brother played the piano, my sister sang lead, I sang alto, and my younger brother sang bass. We had our own quartet.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
In the mornings, I grab a cup of "energy", sit at the computer playing games or read the latest news on the internet until time to go to work. At work on my breaks, I like to sit outside at the picnic table and enjoy the outdoors. When I get home, I feed my dogs first, then I fix me a bite and usually sit at the computer again. Sometimes, I like to sit on the front porch having a conversation with my daughter about her day at work. My son calls occasionally and usually wants to talk about fishing or hunting. I'm all ears.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
My personal goals are to eventually get my writing for children done. Also, I'd like to finish remodeling the house the way I want it. And I hope that I will grow in the Lord the way I should. Small projects like making curtains for the bedroom have been on the back burner, too. So much to do, so little time.
