I am a divorced woman who lives in a quiet lake community. I have a small home based business and love the freedom from corporate life -- worked in the paper industry for over 30 years and am retired from it now.
I love movies, especially sci fi and actions films, dining out, chess, museums, theater, art galleries,BBQs at home, spending time with family and friends, but am not a big outdoors fan. I love watching rented movies on tv with a cup of tea and just relaxing at home.
I have one married daughter who is going for her masters at a local university and also teaches there as a graduate teacher.
I am an extremely caring, giving, trustworthy, faithful, monogamous, kind and thoughtful person and would expect the same in a partner. I am extremely easy-going, but have healthy boundaries. I am huggy and like to hold hands, even out in public, to show that I care for the one I'm with. Aloofness and non-emotional men would not be a good fit with me as I do show my emotions and would like them to be shown back in return. I'm also tired of the games, so please be real and want a relationship.
I live with my dog and 2 cats and have a very blessed life, but would like to spend the rest of my life with someone special so we could enhance each other's lives and learn from one another.
I do not date anyone who rides a motorcycle or who hunts. Personal reasons. Please at least be my height!
Wishing you the best in finding your perfect someone.
My Ideal Person:
I am looking for an equal partner to share the rest of my life with me through ups and downs, adventures and the boredom of mundane responsibilities. I am looking for a decent, honest, monogamous and trustworthy man with integrity and honor. Someone who lives by his word and who helps those in need.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I am a very spiritual person. I've been a metaphysician since the age of 14.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I think that people who have a common background in religion are more apt to be compatible. It's a good foundation for a relationship if both have a similar outlook on their faith.
