Let's see, this is my first time in doing this so.....I'm a 40 yr old widow, following a beautiful 19 yr marriage (which I think shows my committment and knowledge of how marriage works). I like walking, reading, watching tv, Ebay (now I'm getting shallow) and of course: My relationship with Jesus. I have a small family who lives 3,000 mi away so we don't get to spend much time together....I have several close friends who *say* I have a good sense of humor and am a great friend.
I love to travel, I used to live in Europe (Army) and would love to go back someday, along with many other places on my list: Israel, Egypt, Australia, Japan, and even Montana! I like to take things slowly, I haven't dated in 22 yrs, when I met my late husband. I don't bend on my personal beliefs and morals - for anyone.
I strive to etch the Word of God into my heart, not just my head. But honestly, I don't read my bible as much as I should. I'm far from perfect, my house isn't spotless, I don't really care to cook very often, I HATE yardwork, and I love kids. I'd like to have 1-2 or adopt.

My Ideal Person:
I'm looking for a man who's not afraid to be a man - the biblical leader of the household. I truly need someone who walks the walk - not just talking the talk. A Christian who shares Jesus throughout the week, not just on Sunday mornings. I also need a man who gives 100% - a relationship isn't 50/50 - it's 100/100 (when you're down, I can't be and when I'm down, you can't be). I'm looking for someone who wants children or already has children. Most of all, I'm looking for someone who puts Jesus first in their life!
