I am a widow with four children who are still at home.I am a devoted Christian and although I listed my denomination as Baptist,I am currently looking into other possibilities among them Presbyterian and conservative Episcopalian.Politically,I am conservative.In terms of my personality,I am very easy to get along with.I am easy-going,and while quiet,I can be friendly to just about anyone.I have a good sense of humor and laugh easily,but I'm not giddy.I prefer being in small groups as opposed to large ones.A small,informal dinner party is much more my style than an elaborate gala.It is easier to get to know people in a smaller,more intimate setting.I am also very dependable,responsible,and loyal.
My Ideal Person:
I am seeking a man who is ready for a loving and committed relationship which God willing will lead to eventual marriage.I would like to be in a relationship which is based in a firm friendship.I am looking for a man who puts Christ first,has a good sense of humor,is responsible but not uptight,has a laid-back attitude toward life in general,and enjoys a wide variety of activities.He must be someone with whom I can discuss many different subjects ranging from the ordinary to the more intellectual.It is highly important that we share many interests.Also,he must be accepting of my four children and I would prefer it if he were somewhere between the ages of 45 and 53.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
A Christian relationship is the most important thing because a person's faith is the cornerstone from which their entire life is fashioned:their character,their values,their actions-everything! I will not consider being with a man who isn't a true Christian.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I was born and raised in the vicinity of Richmond,Virginia.I have not traveled extensively.My biggest trips have been to Caracas,Venezuela(interesting)and a cruise to Bermuda(very fun).I would love to travel more eventually.My ideal trip would be a tour of Europe.It is my dream to see Italy and the British Isles,particularly Ireland and Scotland.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
My goal is to raise good,Christian children who put God first in their life and are happy to do His will.I hope to marry again one day to a man who is my best friend.I also hope to continually improve myself spiritually through bible study and prayer and intellectually through great reading.
