I am a 5'9.5", 200#, black haired, hazel eyed, caucasion, Christian man who tries to do God's will in all things. I have an excellent sense of humor and both enjoy laughing and making others laugh. My main avocations are Bible study, computers, volunteering, and travel. I especially enjoy spending time with and helping freinds. I am (with Scriptural justification) divorced and was the 'offended' party.
I ascribe to all the following: * God is the creator of the universe. Genesis 1:1 * The Bible is inspired communication of God to man. 2 Timothy 3:16 * The plenary verbal literal inspiration of the Bible was inerrant in the original manuscripts. 2 Timothy 3:16 * Correct understanding and application is at the least more difficult and at worst impossible without rightly dividing the word of God. 2 Timothy 2:15 * The scripture is accepted by faith. Hebrews 11:3 * The Lord Jesus Christ is the only begotten son of God. 1 John 4:9 * The Lord Jesus Christ is accepted by faith. Galatians 3:11
My Ideal Person:
I am looking for a long term (lifetime?) relationship with a faithful woman who wishes to study and do God's will. Ideally this would include spritual discussions and Bible studies with me. Though I am not by profession a 'Bible teacher,' I am ready to give a defense for what I believe in obedience to 2 Timothy 4:2, and would enjoy discussing the Bible with just about anyone who is sincere.
I do enjoy meeting and talking with people but I am not looking just for unchaparoned 'dates.' I am seeking a relationship with an honest woman not just a 'good time.'
With the right person time can be spent enjoyably doing just about anything together: talking, laughing, studying, shopping, fishing, eating, sightseeing, visiting a museum, swimming, working, walking, or running.
My freinds are almost uniformly sincere, caring, trustworthy, intelligent, and Godly people. Unfortunately for me none of them are single women around my age. I would enjoy having more and would be honored and blessed if I find more, but I do hope (in addition) to find one who is a woman to whom I can relate, spend time with, share with, and open up to.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I ascribe to all the following:
* God is the creator of the universe. Genesis 1:1
* The Bible is inspired communication of God to man. 2 Timothy 3:16
* The plenary verbal literal inspiration of the Bible was inerrant in the original manuscripts. 2 Timothy 3:16
* Correct understanding and application is at the least more difficult and at worst impossible without rightly dividing the word of God. 2 Timothy 2:15
* The scripture is accepted by faith. Hebrews 11:3
* The Lord Jesus Christ is the only begotten son of God. 1 John 4:9
* The Lord Jesus Christ is accepted by faith. Galatians 3:11
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Acts 17:11
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
A Bible conference or Bible study would be my first choice for meeting and spending time with someone.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up on the eastern seaboard of the U.S.A., living from Florida to Connecticut.
I have traveled throughout western europe and north america with a few short trips into central american countries.
My favorite place to visit would be Hawaii as I've never been there and I've been to the other 49 states.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
My favorite church activities are worship, Bible study, service, and evangelism.
Outside of church my favorite activities are helping freinds and volunteering.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I spend most of my hours either working with or on computers and telecommunications equipment or helping those that do.
As a computer 'tech' [geek] who loves to share what I know, I find my assistance much in demand among my less technically inclined freinds. This benefits both parties as they enjoy getting the help and I enjoy providing it. On an irregular basis I share humor via email to my friends.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
I want to go into a mission field as a working (not paid) evangelist. In other words I seek to emulate Paul in moving to another country working there at a profession and professing (sorry I couldn't resist) Christ.
