I am (or so I've heard)-serious minded about Truth, people, heart issues, and my relationship with Christ-
generally laid back except at work, I prefer quiet and calm to loud and chaotic (ie. I buy the cd instead of going to the concert)---I enjoy flower gardening, theological discussions that are mutually beneficial, animals, marching band competitions, walks/hikes, sunsets and most all of God's creation, historical Christian fiction, John Piper, yard sales, people watching, Boone, NC and Charleston, SC, App.State football and NFL football, deep sea fishing w/ my dad, the beach, riding with the windows down through the mountains, music with great lyrics including hymns -both old and redone styles, meat and potatoes, pizza, Japanese Steak houses and Outback, travel, and most of the time my job, I am athletic but not currently in shape, I am not a real fan of gadgets as they frustrate me, I am patient with people but sometimes not with things, my faith ebbs and flows between solid and questioning, I don't deal well with arrogance or people who lack grace and patience for others, I'll stop there, but believe it or not there's more
My Ideal Person:
I am looking for someone who can walk beside me and share life with-good and bad, someone who is a genuine, real Christian and who knows they are only right with God by the grace of God---someone who is kind, compassionate, not arrogant, patient, has a good work ethic in whatever they have chosen to do, is intelligent and enjoys life as the gift it is, really want a man who is a leader as Biblically explained( in other words women still are cherished and respected not controlled) I want them to want and expect the same love and respect from me, to want me to be the perfect compliment to their lives so that we are building each other up in weak areas....and so on----on a much lighter but also important note, I would like someone with some similar interests and who is healthy enough to do those things
