I'm a life long non-competitive bodybuilder. Have owned and operated successful Bodybuilding gyms and personal training and weight loss studios. I have been blessed with my businesses and get very outstanding results with my clients. I am born again, spirit baptised and really love the Lord. I never had a father growing up. God has been a father to me.
I enjoy lively anointed church services, watching movies mostly at home, afternoon trips up north, having a couple of pints in the Palace Saloon with friends, having conversations about all things important. Eating out, concerts, and trying new things are also fun.
I'm 65 years young, muscular, and still work out three times a week high intensity style.
I've been a loner most of my life, and it's time to start making new friends and having some fun.
I don't smoke, do drugs but still enjoy a couple of light beers. Two is my limit.
